What does ‘be mentored by Lou’ mean?

Mentoring was always a way for Lou to help people attain their deepest fulfilment which is possible within individual careers or in the creation, course correction and the transformation of businesses. It was Covid that initially inspired Lou to start the meticulous and structured mentorship of 150 employees at the height of their anxiety, when she was a CEO of 9 advertising agencies. Lou then carefully incorporated her deep commercial and leadership experience into what is now known as business mentoring when she partnered with entrepreneurs, founders and business leaders since 2022.

Lou has been unwavering in the knowledge that she will always be mentoring throughout her life. After all, in today’s volatile and troubled world, you might just need that one person who can help you make the most of your time in this life, with your values intact while reaching for your dreams.

What makes mentoring different from other forms of help?

It was always Lou’s belief when she first became a business leader at 28 years old that mentoring should and can be lifelong. Often informal but no less structured, it was always about providing guidance with compassion, care and a lot of courage. Mentoring can also include the smart opening of doors, sharing relevant contacts and tapping Lou’s deep experience and network in order to pave a way for a more abundant future for people and businesses alike.
