“I was in the middle of my healing journey when I met Lou. I cannot remember how many times I failed and started over in my journey. I have been attending meditation classes, therapies, and counselling. It helped, some days are good, some are bad, some I blankly wait for it to pass, until my first session. I realized, she is the missing piece, the key to my lifelong transformation.
Growing up in an environment where boundaries are non-existent, pleasing people has been my adaptive response. For the longest time, I was living with my limiting beliefs. I was too vulnerable, believing the people around me, allowing them to judge my capabilities and imposing what I deserve based on their standard. I have no identity, voiceless and powerless.
During our first session, her first question was “What are your non- negotiable values?” That was the seed, from there, a new version of me bloomed.
Lou helped me to find my voice, to regain my power and my own identity. She gave that hard push to take control of my life, to use my trauma as fuel to pick myself up and to advocate for myself, to find my community and to set boundaries. She motivated me to turn all the denials, heartbreaks and pain to something beautiful. It led me to a place with endless possibilities.
Lou’s wisdom is GOLD; every conversation with her is priceless and every session has been empowering. Her accomplishments, leadership, accolades are tremendously inspiring. Apart from her achievements, what gravitates people towards her is her loving, kind, compassionate and genuine energy. It radiates so beautifully that you will want to stay close to her, listen and learn from her.
Lou is a rare gem. She is here to lead, to ignite the power within you so you can transform. I cannot express enough how lucky and grateful I am to be one of her mentees. I cannot even remember how it felt to be the old me; all I know is how wonderful and great to be in the new version of me and so much of it is made of what I learned from Lou. I am eternally grateful.”
